My heart leans Vegas, my head leans Florida. In terms of who I WANT to win.

Prediction: Vegas in 7.

Toronto now needs to trade or extend Matthews and Nylander, and trade or keep Marner. Who do we hire as our new General Manager? The guy that f__ked up the Gaudreau and Tkachuk situation in Calgary, or course!

I just want the Sabres to win a cup before Rick Jeanneret dies.

They should be a serious Stanley Cup contender as soon as next season, and if not, the season after that. Lots of really really good young players.

Props to Eichel regardless of if he wins Smythe (imo Marchessault prolly will) it's incredible how he recovered from neck surgery let alone led a Cup team. He's not better than McDavid, but lord that 2015 draft class left its mark.

Vegas Golden Knights are about to win their first-ever Stanley Cup, in their 6th season existing

7-2 for Vegas in the third period

now 21 out of 32 teams in the league will have won a Cup at some point

Conn Smyth (playoff MVP) prediction :

- Jack Eichel
if not him
- Jonathan Marchessault

I randomly went on to ESPN's website (accidentaly... I was trying to go to ESPNCricinfo) and saw Vegas just won 9-3 LOL. What a ridiculous score. At least the team with an actual fanbase won, lol.

The Hockey Hall of Fame announced its 2023 class. NHLers included are Pierre Turgeon, Mike Vernon, Tom Barrasso, and Henrik Lundqvist. In the "builder" category, former Dallas Stars and St. Louis Blues head coach Ken Hitchcock and former Quebec Nordiques/Colorado Avalanche GM Pierre Lacroix made it in.

My Leafs having a very low energy offseason. Auston Matthews and Mitch Marner both have No Move Clauses in their contracts that kick in July 1st. Matthews and William Nylander also have only one year left on their contracts. New general manager Treliving failed to extend or trade Matthews by July 1st. Failed to extend Nylander by July 1st (no No Movement Clause though so not that bad). Didn't trade Marner before July 1st, so hopefully that doesn't mean we get f__ked by his No Move Clause before his contract ends. He isn't eligible for a contract extension until next summer.
