They both are not his friends but they are not as savy as Christie was in 2016 in that exchange with Rubio.

Haley & Scott will talk mostly garbarge!

Rubio's bid was ended because he wasn't what Republican voters wanted in 2016. And it increasingly looks like DeSandwich isn't what they want in 2024. Many of their voters are sticking with Trump. Electability was never much of an issue for them. They think Trump actually won last time anyway.

I don't even believe the 2024 primary is remotely comparable to 2016.

Exactly. He will do to DeSantis what he did to Jeb Bush in 2016. Trump eats Florida Governors for breakfast! He doesn't even need a splintered opposition to help with that this time.
