In 1997, Mayor Rudy Giuliani got 21 percent of Black votes, 43 percent of Latino voters (one point next to Bush's 2004 watermark) and 54 percent of women.

In 2005, Mayor Michael Bloomberg got whopping 46 percent of the Black vote and 58 percent of women...

In 2013, Governor Chris Christie got 21 percent of Black voters, 51 percent of Latino voters......

In 2018, Larry Hogan pulled 43 percent in Elijah Cummings' district and 40 percent in PG County without losing their white base...

Republicans need to follow this model if they want to be demographically and politically relevant...

I totally agree, we need to attract more non-whites. Simply said, we need to push outreach to them, we need to listen to their issues and we need to improve their standing economically.

However the question is : how will the regular rank and file GOP voters react? With tolerance? With disgust and a third party vote? I feel we're more towards the first than the second as this isn't 1984...

Boebert and MTG may branch off and create a angry white sect, but the GOP needs more Black and Latinos if they want to survive.

Rudy Giuliani was not liked by Blacks and Latinos as mayor but he still got 21 percent and 43 percent respectively in 1997, same thing with Chris Christie in 2013.

We need to primary them and make it very clear that we hate the squad and we hate them...

I concur. Republicans used to win that way in part by challenging corrupt and incompetent urban machines. They are now creating their own incompetent and corrupt machines.
