Sounds like other facilities were attacked in Iran as well, possibly protestors on the ground instead of drones, but still awaiting confirmation.

A US base in Iraq would be the obvious answer as a drone can't fly from Israel all the way to Iran. That doesn't mean Israel had no hand in the matter though

There are sources indicating that advanced drones were deployed from Azerbaijan and/or Georgia, and these weapons were developed by Turkey and Israel.  Multiple military targets were hit in Iran despite claims that they shot down every drone.  It's possible that Israel, Turkey, and/or the US assisted Azerbaijan with the attack from their base in the country.  Israel and the US definitely have a military presence near Baku.

According to Intelligence Reports pertaining to US strategy in the ME, The Israel-Turkey-Azerbaijan triangle was one piece of the Trump Administration's plan to hit targets in Iran.  Another corridor of attack involved Israel and the US launching a combined strike with Saudi Arabia and the UAE from the south.  While in public the leaders of Turkey, Saudi Arabia, etc. take a harsh stance against Israel to pacify their populace, these countries are quietly working with the Israeli Military for the last six years.

If Iran attacks us we would wipe their regime off the earth. They would never do it. The only reason Iran is a threat to us is that we defend Israel (in return for what exactly I’m not sure) so would be dragged into any regional conflict.

Good, hopefully this weakens the regime enough to allow protests to impact them even harder. Iran is every bit as bad as Russia and while Bush didn't get much right, he was 100% right about there being an axis of evil that includes the ayatollah and his cronies.

Drones. lol.  At work, we just hired a guy who was a UAV operator for 4 years in the Army National Guard.   Which is surprinsgly, a first for us. 

After he onboards, I'm going to ask him if it's true if they use Xbox controllers.

It's quite likely it's an option, there is a local factory making remote controlled equipment and it comes with either some old-style joystick (the traditionnal control of it) or a way to control it with a Playstation or Xbox controller.

I doubt it's an option.  lol.   But hey, I'm not an expert.   Again, I'm not familiar whatsoever with this MOS.   Like at all.  They're the Ultimate Men/Women of Mystery. 

But I'm pretty sure the military regards these people as "aviators" (strange, I know, for enlisted to be thought of as pilots) wearing cute little flightsuits and everything.   More than likely some sort of HOTAS stick.
