Why do Goldfinger and his men take off masks when they reach the bank? They themselves used the gas just now.

I think it is because the gas finally evaporated away (according to movie logic).

Movie producers are not experts in science.

Hahah I had the same thought like 10+ years ago when I watched this movie. But yeah I think there was just some logic that it would entirely dissipate that quickly, which seems a bit silly.
