The Bush campaign has just released a new TV ad featuring John McCain with the president. It's quite an ad.

I saw it in CNN.  I expected it to be different, like McCain talking directly to the camera saying that he turned Kerry down because he is an out of touch MASS lib who wants to tax you out of your shoes.

I haven't seen the ad yet, but it's just a Bush positive spot, right?  I highly doubt McCain will be directly attacking Kerry in this campaign...the two are personally very close.

A very good ad. IMHO.

I have generally not been impressed witht he Bush ads this cycle, but this one works well.

Given all the "lets pretend" hype about Kerry/McCain they timing is very good also.

Well timed, but would have been more effective if it hadn't already been announced that McCain was one of the key speakers at the RNC convention.
