74% of Macron voters also describe Macron as authoritarian (and like him for that).

Le Pen voters think he's least authoritarian because they want someone more authoritarian.

So French people have a positive view when they heard or read the word or think about the word: authoritarian?

Really worrying to me.

Authoritarian should be seen as bad, as horrible, as disgusting. And it seems like french people LOOOOOVE an authoritarian (strong, powerful leader).

Also Reconquete and Parti Socialiste voters/partisans describe Macron as authoritarian, both up to 90% of people that were polled.

Yes, but a French President who isn't an narcissistic authoritarian egomaniac isn't a real French President, so this isn't a bad thing necessarily.

Authoritarian is essentially a meaningless buzzword. Nonetheless, Macron fits the image that the word has.
