Let's remember that Trump actually does show signs of having an actual mental problem. His Truth Social posts have become increasingly erratic even including a threat against the family of the special counsel. Even during his presidency there were moments were it appeared he was heavily medicated. If you want to question someone's mental health question the person you are trying to put back in control of the country.

This thread reminds me:

President Obama, at a campaign rally or during an overseas visit: masterful, inspiring speech

President Obama, responding to reporters at a press conference: ”well, regarding the…the, uh, uh, our policy, we have many, um, options that we’re exploring, and uh…look,”

Obama also once said there were 57 states which is probably worse than even this.

I agree, that was terrible of Obama to not say there were over 190 states.

538 once mentioned in passing that there are 57 contests in the US democratic primary, and all the comments seemed to be personal epiphanies.

Going to go against the grain here and say these kind of clips are concerning. Not because I'm personally concerned about Biden's ability to do the job, but because it adds to the perception that he's too old. A perception, in my opinion, that leads to his low approval.

Ah, hell, President Obama once said that America has 57 states and GWB called Africa a country.

Irrespective of his age, Joe Biden will misspeak and there's nothing you can do about it.
If you believe Obama's gaffes, speaking ability, and most importantly, public perception are the same as Bidens then I don't know what to tell you. The public perception aspect is the key, it's clearly an issue for voters.

There probably won't be any Russian troops in Iraq by the end of the year.

Biden misspoke once again, did we really need a thread for every time he flubs a word? Unless it somehow has implications for what he is actually doing policy-wise, it was just a mistake and most people obviously knew what he meant. He isn't sending military supplies to Iraq in a state of confusion, for f***'s sake.

“A Massive Fraud of this type and magnitude allows for the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution.”

I’ll take a president who gets confused and says the wrong country name over a president who advocates for the termination of the Constitution. Any patriotic American would feel the same way.

Woody, why do you want a president who openly endorses the destruction of America?

Woody loves the p*ssy grabber.

Biden is better that Trump at rapping though.

Biden Rap

https://www.instagram.com/reel/CtNNlPCs2R9/

The US Presidential job is possibly the last employment Biden will ever have given his deteriorating mental condition.

Joe literally would last less than two days in a job selling burgers at McDonalds.

Joe would not pass the interview process for 99.99% of jobs advertised in 2023 for which his qualifications would allow.

Isn't that bizarre?

No, we can still pull him out of this funk he's been in with a few well-worded arguments.

Yes I'm sure many Democrats are not going to vote for Biden in November of 2024 because of Biden's alleged cognitive decline. And I'm sure most Independents are just clamoring for the return of noted Very Stable Genius Donald Trump to the White House.

Certainly Democrats will stay home whether or not Biden is their presidential nominee because they don't think another Trump term will be bad. That's certainly what Democratic voters (and a lot of Independents) believe. They will all collectively shrug their shoulders.

Fuzzy is making really sincere and not at-all-hypocritical concern trolling arguments about Joe Biden's alleged cognitive decline. And he says that as someone who voted for Biden and who supports Democrats in general, especially these days. We should all therefore listen to him, because he certainly isn't arguing in bad faith!

Fuzzy is a great poster when he is talking about things that happened in the past, but he can't handle discussions about the present day and it's best to not get involved.

Should we restrict him to the History board -maybe Religion and Philosophy too?  A tongue-in-cheek question, but I am asking anyway...
