- Coolidge
- Bush 43
- Trump
- Biden

These are the teetotaler Presidents that I’m aware of. Were there any others?

I'd assume Hoover who opposed repealing Prohibition.

I don't know if he was a teetotaler himself, but Hayes banned alcohol from the White House during his term and his wife Lucy was a vocal supporter of the temperance movement.

Bush 43?

EDIT: This is not an unsure suggestion … I’m surprised he’s listed.  Either way, random tidbit - my aunt got me a champagne glass from his inauguration dinner, which I still have.

Hoover actually drank socially, according to a history of Prohibition I've read. He opposed the repeal because a lot of his supporters were "Drys"

Is there a source for this? Genuinely curious.

It's mentioned a number of times in "Team of Rivals" by Doris Kearns Goodwin.

Interesting. He must have been a rarity among a lot of men like him (frontier-born, "Western," etc.)

He wasn't, but Coolidge was.

Coolidge was the only Prohibition era President to be a teetotaler.
