Tough choice, because they all suck to varying degrees.
Maybe 'The Lost World?' I actually also didn't mind 'Jurassic Park 3' as much as others do. It's not good, but it had some moments I remember liking, especially a different carnivore, the Spinosaurus, finally getting some limelight.
This thread inspired me to re-watch the original three films, and I think I need to amend my answer. I think the third film might be better than 'The Lost World.'
Both aren't great and are completely unnecessary though also have some fun action set-pieces, but the third one is less stupid. I remember liking the last half hour or so of 'Lost World' when I was a kid, but as an adult with critical thinking skills, it's so dumb! And don't even get me started on the infamous gymnastics scene or how Julianne Moore's character is so severely lacking in self-preservation skills. Spielberg's heart clearly wasn't in this one, and Crichton's rushed novel being made just for the sake of adapting a sequel was very contrived. Also the third movie is much shorter, feels better paced, and more tonally consistent.
By the way, Spinosaurus > Tyrannosaurs. Fight me!
Also of note, in my rewatches, I never realized how many 'Seinfeld' actors were in the series: Newman, obviously; but also Mr. Pitt, Milos, and the Bodega owner.
Not only that, but another interesting bit of trivia (to me, at least) was that notable director Alexander Payne co-wrote the third one.
