I was reading on the AtlasWiki that DWTL is being investigated for voter fraud. So what happened in the world of Atlas Politics?

DWTL created a second account with the intent of voting for himself. But he didn't do too well at hiding the fact it was him. Not to mention to vote, one must register within 10 days of an election and he reg'd the second account during the election which means he couldn't have voted anyway.
