I know--I saw that, and that's why I did the quiz.  Lots of people find out correct pronounciations, but continue the way that they used to say it, so I wondered what most people said.

Well 'tis true that the thread topic is how do you say it, not what is it actually. You of course can say it however you want in your head or to people who don't frequent the forum, there's nothing wrong with that.

I personally prefer to be correct, but there's no harm no foul.

It's technically Lipe, although nobody including Dave says it that way.  It's been Americanized into Leap.

Kinda like Lipe, but with the stress a little earlier in the diphtong. It's a German name.
