Pennsylvania Governor Bob Casey announces presidential campaign
March 1st, 1991

"The Washington DC estabilishment has left ordinary Americans behind, as seen by President Bush's unfulfillable, broken "no new taxes" pledge. On the other hand, as Governor of Pennsylvania, we have expanded healthcare, provided health insurance to uncovered children, and successfully reorganized the state government. America's federal government must change as soon as possible. i have tirelessly fight for working families, and I will do the same if elected President of the United States. Expanded healthcare coverage, fair trade and workers' rights will be my priorities as President."

but could make up for it by juicing turnout in the rust belt, possibly flipping Indiana in the process and getting most of the Perot vote.
