So it’s common sense that a judge should not preside over a case involving his/her family members.

But I know Republicans disagree. I just don’t understand why they disagree.

So what are the reasons why Justice Thomas should NOT recuse himself on any cases involving the January 6 riots that his wife was present for?

The D's can't Preempt the DOJ on Prosecuting Trump that's why Ds won't move on impeachment on Thomas
