What would happen if the SCOTUS ruled the Guantanamo Bay prison to be unconstitutional, but there was nowhere else to put the prisoners?

The prisoners would likely just be rounded up and executed.

LOL. There's always somewhere to put prisoners. You think Gitmo is the only place these people go? They'll probably be sent to a CIA blacksite and then executed. It's too public to execute people without trial.

I would think they would be repatriated.

What we've done with these individuals, reprehensible as they are, is certainly not in the spirit of the Geneva Convention.
