'Curb Your Enthusiasm' made a case for MAGA hats being worn to get others to leave you alone (or to resolve disputes with bikers). But then again, a Christian hardcore band shirt may serve the exact same purpose as well. It's a draw.

One could make a strong argument that Black Sabbath was actually an "Evangelical Christian" band, and that their style of music "Heavy Metal Blues" was actually a precursor to the origins of "Hardcore Metal / Punk / Skater" sub-genres which started to surge by the early '80s.
