The apportionment population of the US after 2020 was 331,108,434. Divide that by 435 and you get 761,168.

Be interesting to see the previous numbers here. Reckon the likes of Obama and Bill Clinton cracked 60% here (or at least high-50's).
The Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Michigan portions aren't too different in population, so one could probably average the three to get a rough estimate.
2012 seems to be mid-50s? 219,734 D, 170,706 R, 7,598 Other
2008 seems to be low 60s. 236,930 D, 164,738 R, 8,468 Other
Bill Clinton in 1996 seems to have hit the mid-50s. Bill Clinton in 1992 probably got a strong plurality.
But the latter two are mere educated guesses.

If Dems are in charge? Chicago a would be in a district with west Nebraska

If Reps are in charge? Chicago would be cut in 200 seats
