Everyone except Patrick and Plankton would have voted for Biden.

Mr. Krabs is a tossup, but I think in the end he would be put off too much by Trump.

Everyone except Spongebob, Patrick and Mr. Krabs vote for Biden.

Spongebob and Patrick don't vote at all and Mr. Krabs is so greedy that he votes for Trump because he thinks Trump winning means he wouldn't have to pay taxes at all.

Plankton would vote for Trump in character, but only if Krabs votes for Biden.

Honestly since it seems to not be very college educated...probably Trump.
