I'll go with New York.

This is interesting:  in only 3 of the 2002 races (NV, CO and NE) did someone break 60%.

I would suspect a number of candidates to break that mark this cycle.

He did and lost to Heineman in the primary.

I don't really think New York will be it. I think Lynch has a better chance actually. And do the Democrats have any kind of candidate in Nebraska?
