Someone who felt compelled to use the term for his job - likely in a very left-leaning industry/area (say, an NGO in the Bay Area).  Not too hard to imagine.

Maybe not hard to imagine, but such a person would be obviously mistaken since I doubt that term is used by a majority anywhere in the country.

Some very apolitical highly corporate type who was told by someone at work to say that in communications but doesn't really care.  This person voted for Trump due to a general perceived idea that Republicans are better for business.
