Are there Bush-Kerry-Obama-Obama-Trump-Biden voters who desire an isolationist foreign policy?

I could see someone voting for Bush in 2000 because they liked that he attacked Clinton for “nation-building” during the debates, voting for Kerry in 2004 because they opposed the Iraq War, voting for Obama in 2008 because McCain seemed like a loose canon, voting for Obama in 2012 because Romney ran as a hawk, voting for Trump in 2016 because they believed the isolationist Trump/neocon Hillary narrative, and voting for Biden in 2020 because they opposed the assassination of Soleimeni and supported the Iran Deal and Obama’s outreach to Cuba.

I could see it, probably someone who on other issues is generally liberal which is why they'd vote for Biden in 2020 after Trump proved himself to be less then isolationist.

This is definitely a possible voting pattern in, say, rural Vermont if you look at the results.
