Do you think it's a thing, or not a thing?

I often hear people say "The Black Community" or "The LGBT Community", but not "The Female Community".

No. The term is not so much to do with which groups are oppressed but which groups are minorities (and therefore frequently oppressed).

I've heard Women termed as minorities though.

They are literally a majority of the population in most countries.

There isn’t really even an LGBT community. A lot of Ls and Gs don’t really like each other, or Bs. And a lot of Ls, Gs, and Bs don’t really like Ts. There is a lesbian community, gay community, trans community, etc. but the idea of a wider “LGBT community” made up of all of them seems to mostly be a myth. They don’t actually have all that much in common aside from being sexual minorities, so the more they are accepted in society, the less cause they have to band together in pursuit of common goals against oppression, and thus the more the “community” breaks down as its divisions become apparent.

And when you look at women, there is even less binding them together. We’re talking about half the population here. Divides among race, class, sexuality, nationality, ideology, religion, and on and on are massive and split that huge chunk of the population into tiny pieces that are only very loosely united if at all. It’s literally just their anatomy they all have in common, and the more the “T” is accepted the less even that is true. And also as women get more rights, there is less perceived need for them to set aside their differences in the name of feminism (not that they ever even all agreed on that). It’s pretty absurd to talk about the “female community” or “male community” for that matter; you’re one step away from just the “human community” at that point. Way too broad to be meaningful.

None of these things are "communities" in the proper sense of the term, which isn't to suggest that a group of people organized around an identity cannot be.

Community has been abused to the point that the term often refers to any group of people or collection of organizations, whether or not they have anything in common or even acknowledge each other's existence. The term has evolved into something that lacks the connotations that many of its users intend.

This is true. You can essentially just consider it to be a perfect synonym for "population" at this point. Groups like all Black people, all LGBT+ people, all women, etc. are way too diverse and dispersed throughout the nation/world to really comprise a "community" under its narrowest definition, even though most of their members may share some common traits/interests.

I think “feminists” is the equivalent of “the (x) community” for women.

There's no such and there has never been such a thing as the "female community". To claim there is such is almost insultingly simplistic.
