It seems be dying out, but some in England still pronounce it with stress on the first syllable.

I've heard it pronounced "harris-ment" on British TV before. Also, British pronunciation of the surname St. John is very strange to me.

I do

I have a very hard time pronouncing it the American way, the opposite of my dad lol (aluminium is aluminium in both French and UK English)

On the other hand, to answer the question in the poll, for harassment I pronounce it the American way (stress on the second syllable).
