Why do about 75% of emoviolence fans also like Paramore?

So 8 years later I think I can confidently now say it's because almost all emoviolence fans also like pop-punk, because that's how they got into punk in the first place (and then hardcore and then emo and all that related stuff), and Paramore's early stuff was very good pop-punk.

I can't even imagine spending 8 years thinking about this.

Their later stuff still has strains of it. The lead singer has a good voice.
