The difference is is that the lead for Kean is close but the lead for Kyle is double digits that's the difference.

Imgaine if Zogby got tired of making up numbers for 2006 Senate matachups and instead "polled" imaginary or historical candidates vs. 2006 Senate nominees.

Here are some of the results:

Ohio:
Rep. William McKinley (R): 51%
Rep. Sherrod Brown (D): 39%
Sen. Howard Metzenbaum (Indy): 10%
Undecided: 15%

New Jersey:

Nazi Space Guy (R): 44%
Bob Menendez (D): 33%
Jim Florio (Tax Hike Party): 20%
Undecided: 11%


Tennessee:
Donald the Duck (WB): 68%
Bob Corker (R): 13%
Harold Ford (D): 2%
Undecided: 31%
