Thomas is a huge hypocrite who claims to be pro-gun, but opposes gun rights for non-citizens. Read his concurrence in McDonald v. Chicago. He’s an anti-freedom totalitarian.

As it happens, I greatly enjoyed Stevens' dissent in this one. I haven't read it in its entirety, but I read a section he quoted in his autobiography which he used to attack Scalia's ideas.

Thomas doesn't think non-citizens have any constitutional rights. He's consistent on that.

He is. He thinks non-citizens have no constitutional rights because he's an authoritarian who hates freedom.
