Masculinity and femininity

Why has the Republican Party since the mid-1960s been able to define masculinity and alpha male behavior as a rightwing thing and femininity as a leftwing thing? Or is this something that has not been defined politically at all?

The modern Republican Party is defined as "masculine" alpha males: John Wayne, Charlton Heston, Floyd Mayweather, Dana White, Dave Portnoy, George Foreman, Ronald Reagan, Donald Trump, George W. Bush, some male U.S. military members, some male American police officers, etc.

The modern Democratic Party is defined as people seeing Democratic men as "wimps" or beta males, despite a lot of Democratic men being union workers, etc: Jon Ossoff, Beto O'Rourke, Bill de Blasio, Michael Moore, etc.

Why is that and what can change this stereotype or belief??

Donald Trump is a giant pussy, the total opposite of a "masculine alpha male." Why people think otherwise is beyond me.

Whines about everything. Takes no responsibility for anything. Extremely insecure, sensitive, and emotional. Goes into hysterics over the smallest perceived slight. Bashes the military and talks tough but was too cowardly to serve. Faked an injury to get out of it. No sense of honor or shame whatsoever. Lies and cheats his way through life, too incompetent to even succeed at most things. Runs and hides whenever his actions catch up to him rather than face them and own up to them like a man. Blames anyone and everything but himself for anything that goes wrong. Talks about and treats women like dirt. Constantly punches down and bullies the weak because he's too chickensh**t to stand up to anyone stronger. Interrupts, pouts, or just leaves the room in a tantrum whenever anyone calls him out for anything. Has always lived an extremely pampered life of luxury, gluttony, and laziness. Never done an honest day's work in his life and clearly feels above those who have.

He's literally the complete opposite of a man as far as I'm concerned. I couldn't even dream of a wimpier, more pathetic little bitch if I tried. If he's the GOP's ideal of "masculinity" these days, I want absolutely nothing to do with it. Arnold Schwarzenegger is an example of an actual masculine Republican, and you can tell he has the same disdain for Donald as a man as I do for pretty much the same reasons.
