For Tennessee politicians, Marsha Blackburn probably has the thickest accent.  She's originally from Mississippi, so that could be part of why that is.  Bill Lee has a slight "wealthy Southerner" accent, but it's not that thick.  I don't really think of Bill Hagerty and my representative (Mark Green) as having notable accents, but I suppose you could make the case that they do (especially Green), but they just don't stand out as much to me.
The GOP really plays up the accent.
