In defense of my opinion, I would point out that I never said that the President has unlimited powers. I said:

When determining the precise extent of the President’s authority, the court must keep legal history in mind.

Whether legal history supports the idea that Presidents can remove Senators, I will leave for the reader to determine.

This thread is hilarious.  I'm glad to see how well things are going in Fantasy.

When was the last election?  I didn't even know Ebowed was re-elected.  No wonder I don't vote in Fantasy.
