The vast majority though not all of mostly hispanic places in America noticed a huge shift to trump particularly in the Miami area and in the Texas-Mexico border region but are there's any mostly Hispanic places that saw a leftward shift in 2020?

Most of the Hispanic-majority parts of Washington state shifted a bit to the left - the Yakima Valley, lower Columbia basin, East Pasco, etc.

IIRC majority Hispanic Woodburn, OR moved left along with other areas with high Hispanic population in Marion County.

Places where growth in the Hispanic population outweighed the Republican swing among Hispanics.
