I think Newsom is overrated but he'd probably win

Trump Jr likely will get the Rust Belt so he wins.

Newsom is mostly Generic D, but he does have an advantage in that he seems to exist in the moderate and progressive wings simultaneously. That probably helps quite a bit.

For Trump Jr it will depend on if he can drive the same turnout his father can. I doubt it, but it's possible.

Just as long as it's not Newsom vs. Carlson...

He doesn’t win MI or PA, even if he does win WI (I’m skeptical). Newsom also keeps AZ and that’s enough. Also could win GA and NC.

Thing about Jr is he’s even dumber than his dad. And not nearly as skilled at media manipulation or firing up a crowd.

The same Donald Trump Jr. that suggested his father go to "total war" over this election?

He's dangerous. And an idiot.

I like to think that America would see that, but honestly I'm not so sure it would.

Guilfoyle would probably make some stuff up about Newsom if she was still dating Don Jr.

Donald Trump Jr. isn’t Donald Trump, and he likely won’t be nearly as good a campaigner as Donald Trump. Newsom isn’t amazing or anything, but he’s not bad and I don’t think it would be hard for him to beat Trump Jr.

This trio is the strongest possible argument for the hypothesis that sociopathy can be sexually transmitted.

THIS. So much this. Trump showed us exactly who he was in 2016 and we didn't believe him. And in 2020, he only barely lost.
