Why did Biden flop so hard with the Cubanos?

While it was obvious that Biden was going perform absolutely horrible with the Cubanos in comparison to Clinton, I never expected him to perform that miserably.

1) Hillary over performed with hispanics.  This went unnoticed because she lost the electoral college

2) Mass propaganda to low information voters in Florida who were more susceptible and didn't really know much about Biden and couldn't learn much during a pandemic

3) Elections are tradeoffs, you're not going to improve with everyone, he improved where it mattered

Regarding number two, I'd love to hear more. I've heard that there was this Lori Avenue Hispanic Sean Hannity wannabe types flooding Spanish language radio and TV throughout South Florida. I take it this is a relatively new phenomenon? Isn't it something democrats should be seriously worried about?
