Stop posting such fake turnout numbers.

It was 60% in 2016, not 55%.

Turnout is calculated using the VEP, not the VAP !

Thanks for the link! really interesting.

If 2016 was 60.1%, I'll revise my prediction to 64-65% turnout, which would be the highest since 1908 according to this.

I'm also surprised by some of the elections were voter turnout declined from the last presidential election: 1912 saw turnout go down? 1948?

Then, I should think that you're getting at a correlation here but not causation. Of course states which value and prioritize access to voting and electoral rights will also work to make sure turnout and voter participation are also easily accessible!

Well in all likelihood that's for sure, yes but not still. Yikes haha man!
