The Detroit News has endorsed James. It has also endorsed Bill Huizenga (R-MI-02), Peter Meijer (R-MI-03), Fred Upton (R-MI-06), Elissa Slotkin (D-MI-08), and Eric Esshaki (R-MI-11).

Who owns it?

Not sure, but they tend to lean right overall.
