AZ (or WI, for that matter) and ME-02 aren’t both Tossups. Not exactly "sensible" to refuse to move AZ to Lean D (or GA to Tossup, or VA to Safe D, etc.).

Agreed. As it stands, both AZ and WI are clearly tilt/lean D. No data suggests Trump will win either state (doesn't mean he can't, just that it's very unlikely at the time being)
