We all make our own choices. If someone values the high-pressure results-oriented values of the private sector, along with their high payscales....
Hahaha, hilariouis - you think that people individual choices are the source of their position in the economic heirarchy. Of course you are wrong about that. But additionally you are unrealistic in mentioning 'high payscales' in the 'private sector'. Most private sector workers recieve a meager pittance.
This is also ridiculous - there is as much or more 'freedom of choice' in just about every other developed counter, though of course just as in the US ones choices are entirely determined by how much money one has. Lastly, 'mobility' if by that you mean social mobility is of course exceedingly low in the US, since it is caused in capitalist societies, if ever, by redistributive social democratic government policies.
Everyone will have the summer appropriate to his position in the social heirarchy angus, obviously. As for peace and love - forget it.
