A bit of an oddball district, NY-24th was a Clinton +4, Republican +22 district in 2016.  

Currently represented by John Katko (R), a pro-life Republican who voted against the GOP healthcare bill in 2017 and has a 75% voting record with President Trump:

2016:  

Clinton (D) 49-45
Katko (R) 61.0-39.0

2018:

Katko (R) 52.6-47.4
