“Are you a Republican or are you a Democrat?”

That's most questions in this forum. Like, Tucker Carlson v. Kamala Harris?

Not necessarily. I think this will have some D defections. And not all republicans are trumpists. Some Rs left the party because of Trump

Why would any Democrat prefer Romney over Hillary,, and why would any Republican, whether Trumpist or Never-Trump, prefer Hillary over Romney?

Hillary Clinton out of those two, but I would probably just vote third party.

In what context?

Do you mean Clinton winning the presidency in 2008 and going up against Romney in 2012? Or do you mean a Romney renomination against Clinton in 2016?

I'd vote Clinton regardless, of course, but I think the 2012 scenario would look similar to Obama vs. Romney while 2016 would be a big Romney win.

Clinton, but I'd sleep easy at night if Romney was president.

I'd have constant nightmares under either.

Mitt Romney has shown courage and principles. Hillary Clinton is not a principled moderate or a staunch progressive - she is whatever she has to be to win elections. That’s not a Presidential quality to me.

H-dog, I'm much closer to her politically. Mitt is a respectable person, though. One of the new rank and file Republicans these days.

Why do you always call her H-Dog? It sounds pretty strange.
