Theoretically, if there are enough faithless electors he could, but far too many states have restrictions on faithless electors to give Mark Kelly an EC landslide.

A pollster asking a question such as "Please tell me if you agree or disagree with the following statement. Some people say that Joe Biden suffers from some level of diminished mental capacity and because of this they fear that if he is elected president his administration will be staffed with very liberal socialists given to him by Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer and the Democrat National Committee." cannot be taken seriously.
