Chris Smith is next, unless Young somehow loses this fall, in which case Hal Rogers is next, though I think Rogers will retire in 2022. After Smith, probably Frank Lucas, then Rob Aderholt, then Patrick McHenry. But who knows what might happen with primaries, redistricting and future trends.
