HR, because otherwise McAuliffe would have been a two term governor and Ralph Northam's career would have been ruined in 2019 and he'd never have a chance of becoming Governor.

Don’t like term limits in general, but this is especially dumb because it’s not even a real term limit: A governor can run again, just four years later? Stupid.

Hilarious rule.

Changes in high office should occur from time to time as a democratic norm, but closing the door for reelection after just 4 years is kind of ridiculous, tbh.
