Instead of Al Gore, Bill Clinton selects Mario Cuomo to his running mate in 1992. They get reelected in 1996 and four years later, Vice President Mario runs for succeed Clinton. Everything else goes exactly the same. Does Cuomo's charisma win an election?

Cuomo was a good public speaker, and as a result, he wins the election.
