from the desk of Htmldon, former Governor of the Southeastern Region

After reading the contents of the SE Senate debate, I felt morally compelled to declare my candidacy for Senate.  All four candidates have expressed their support changing the ownership of Atlasian lands - turning over land that is owned by all Atlasians to the people of only one region.  I am an underdog in this race, and honestly don't have as much time as I used to in order to pursue such a campaign -- but someone has to stand up for federalism and justice.

As we mourn the passing and appreciate the legacy of Coretta Scott King, it is vital that we all remember the values of social justice and equality that Dr. & Mrs. King stood for.  With all due respect to the fine candidates in this race, and Jake; Southeasterners deserve a choice in this election -- not just in the name on their ballot -- but in the values and beliefs that will represent them in the Senate.  If nothing else, I seek to provide them that choice.

This is becoming quite a race! You'd be a great senator, best of luck.

I hope that the number of candidates in this race will not assure the outcome you'd least like to see, Don.

I hope that the voters of the region fully avail themselves of their right to preference candidates to avoid such problems.  In any case, I cannot sit idly by and deprive the voters of the region of a progressive option in this election.

So we have opposition to Southeast voters used as a platform. Winning combo.

Good luck, Don!

This race is getting insane.  Please, let us keep this without negativity lest we tear our region apart.

We should be equally concerned about tearing our sacred union apart.
