Bolsoņaro is apparently still really angry about Lula being free thanks to the work of The Intercept. Well such bogus charges are to be expected.

There are many attorneys, some of them have authoritarian far right views, and it is very easy for an attorney to produce an inquiry. Even if a local judge, who has also far right views, accept the inquiry and sentence Greenwald, the Supreme Court will cancel the sentence. Supreme Court judge Gilmar Mendes had already ruled our the inquiry against Greenswald. Gilmar Mendes was appointed by president Fernando Henrique Cardoso in 2002, he has anti PT and pro free market views, but he cares for personal liberties, so, he is against the abuses commited by Lava Jato attorneys. Bolsonaro and Moro don't control the Supreme Court. Bolsonaro disn't appoint a judge yet. He will appoint a judge after Celso de Melo get retired. But there are 11 judges.
