Most Disappointing:

1. 105th(1997-1999)
2. 115th(2015-2017)
3. 109th(2005-2007)

-103rd (FMLA, Clinton budget bill, Brady Bill, two liberal Justices)
-101st (ADA, Bush budget bill)

Worst:
-114th (Trump tax cuts, lack of oversight into Trump administration, confirmation of two conservative Justices)
-107th (Bush tax cuts, Iraq AUMF)
-97th (Reagan tax cuts, various deregulation bills)

None of them have been worth a damn except those 2 years Dems had giant majorities after 08' and passed bills less liberal than Nixon would have proposed
