Hopefully Hick ditches the nauseating moderate hero presidential persona and goes back to being a standard center-left Democrat like he was as governor.

I'm totally looking forward to the #ModerateHeroes using Hickenlooper's win over Gardner as "evidence" that Democrats can't win if they're "too far left."

Oh also:

Quote
The poll shows that 71% of the moderates view Hickenlooper favorably, as do 72% of the progressives, with 16% in both groups holding an unfavorable opinion and 12% unsure.

In addition, 67% of Democrats surveyed said they think Hickenlooper has been "a progressive leader," while 18% thought otherwise and 16% were unsure.

It seems even the progressives of Atlas are out of step with progressive Coloradans.

I think that Hickenlooper has thrown the Gardner-Dem Senate race into an either “Tilt, Slight, or Lean Democrat” race. This is because Hickenlooper was a seemingly popular governor. Gardner may have the Republican nomination in hand, but that doesn’t mean he’s in good standing with the coming election in November of next year.

Oh no, I have a bad feeling about this one.

Rs are down in AZ and CO, thats two seats already and they have a bunch of red states and ME; that arent a gimmie anymore, due to what is happening in NC-09, LA and KY-Gov, the GOP senate is now a tossup
