Absolutely yes. In my hometown of Wichita, a mosque was burnt down in arson, a Muslim-owned restaurant was also torched and graffitied with Islamophobic slogans, the local university's Student Body VP (a Muslim) found a pig's head on his front lawn, and other anti-Muslim provocations were common. Sadly, discrimination against Muslim Americans continues.

Discrimination doesn't have to be explicitly legally sanctioned, btw.
