In this case, I might vote for Blankenship - not because I agree with his positions (I mostly don't), but because I want to express disapproval toward McConnell (BTW, this was the type of attitude which got Jesse Ventura elected Governor of Minnesota in 1998 and Donald Trump elected President in 2016).
