Badger is definitely the latter (No RINO Tom, despite your username, you are not the best fit for the textbook RINO definition)

Santander is definitely a contender for the former, though not sure if he is the best fit for it.

Badger and that one R-FL person (Mizzouian I think) cause they're actual, registered Republicans.

Badger (Mizzouian also works)-RINO

Santander (Pickup Paulite could also count, but I doubt he's registered as a Democrat, but who knows)-DINO

RINO's: Easily Badger and Mizzouian as both are somehow registered Republicans but both are to the left of Democrats .

DINO's : Santander

Badger has some technically legit (though irrelevant in this day and age where everything is polarized towards the national lines) reason to be registered Republican, something about some county-wide politics.

Mizzouian has repeatedly stated that he's literally only Republican to try to sabotage them by helping bad candidates win the primary.
