Only two pairs of Republican women from the same state have ever served together in the senate. There was Snowe and Collins in Maine, an unusually liberal pair of Republicans, and that brief period  in Kansas with Kassebaum and Frahm when the latter was a placeholder. Who will be the next pair of Republicans women serving from the same state?

Could very well end up being Diane Black joining Blackburn in TN in 2020.

If Sasse is indeed retiring maybe NE, though idk if there are any other prominent Republican women in NE. OTOH if he’s primaried by a Trumpist it could be basically anyone.

The next chance after those would be if grassley retires in 2022. Maybe Reynolds goes for it idk.

Don’t think there would be any other opportunities in 2022. AL probably has 2 new R senators by then bit I doubt women win both elections.

Either Tennessee, Iowa, or Nebraska, most likely.

TN: Black and Blackburn

IA: Reynolds (if she wants to be a senator) and Ernst

Honestly, Tennessee has a very good chance.

Iowa is probably the most likely (Ernst and Reynolds).

WV is also a possibility if the republican nominee for Manchin's seat in 2024 is a woman (Carol Miller may have a decent shot if she survives 2020 redistricting)

I could see Miller taking a run at Manchin’s seat in 2024.

Lmao at people thinking Diane Black is the Candidate of choice for TN SEN. While it might give TN 2 women Senators, She isn't getting the R nomination anytime soon. She got wiped out byBill Lee, almost losing her home iirc, despite being the front runner in 2018 for Governor. Her career is done for now.

As for the original question, looks to be either WV or IA.

I still think Bill Haslam will run in Tennessee, leaving it a split delegation with Blackburn, gender wise.

Mississippi is an option if Wicker retires in 2024 and succeeded by Lynn Fitch, who is likely to be attorney general at the time.  It’s unlikely though, because I bet Wicker wants a long career in the Senate and Fitch is the only woman, besides CHS, in statewide office.
